Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Harborlight Pike Medical designs and makes medical devices in Memphis, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
