Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Amberfield Iron Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Orlando producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
