Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Cedar Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
