Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bluepeak Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Rochester with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
