Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Redstone Cedar Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 591 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
