Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Rivermark Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
