Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Facilities Partners and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
