Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Fernwood Pine Markets is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
