Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Northwind Technologies is a regional lender in Jackson with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
