Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Greenridge Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Memphis, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
