Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Financial is a financial-services company in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 950 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
