Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Cedar Haven Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Orlando, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
