Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
