Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

Stonegate Ember Financial is a financial-services company in Houston. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 469 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
