Senior Product Manager - internal tools (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
