Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rook Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
