Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sable Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
