Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath North Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
