Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Orlando, FL)

Amberfield Linden Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Orlando, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
