Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Medical and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 919 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
