Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bright Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
