Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Bright Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Orlando producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
