Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Ashton Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Oklahoma City with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
