Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield North Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
