Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting.
