Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
