Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Timber Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Miami, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
