Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
