Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
