Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Jackson, MS)

Summit Mill Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Jackson, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
