Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Summit Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
