Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Ridge Medical Partners is a Hartford company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
