Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cobalt Markets and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 289 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
