Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Junction Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
