Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
