Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Summit West Care Services Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
