Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Mill Care Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
