Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Bright Corner Medical and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
