Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
