Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 500 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
