Senior Product Manager - internal tools (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Junction Insurance and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
