Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Clear Care Services provides in-home and community support in Cleveland, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
