Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Cleveland with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
