Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Oak Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
