Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Ridge Insurance is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting.
