Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Cleveland, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 767 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
