Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
