Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Chicago, IL)

Westbrook Thistle Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Chicago. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
