Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Partners designs and makes medical devices in Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
