Senior Product Manager - internal tools (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Amber Pharma develops and makes medicines in Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on internal tools. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
